March 11, 2011 Symposium – “Financial Regulatory Reform: Dodd-Frank and Beyond”

In conjunction with the Berkeley Center for Law, Business and the Economy (BCLBE), BBLJ hosted its Symposium on Financial Regulatory Reform: Dodd-Frank and Beyond. Speakers from UC Berkeley were joined by other scholars, practitioners and policymakers to address a range of issues arising from the legislative and regulatory response to the financial system collapse, including securitization, consumer protection and capital access for early stage, growth oriented businesses. Proceedings of the Symposium will be published in a special issue of the Berkeley Business Law Journal.

The Symposium was held March 11, 2011 at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), Berkeley, CA.  To view the Symposium’s agenda, click here.
